Onchan Park General Meeting Minutes
Monday 4th July 2016 at St John’s Church, Oakdale Road, Carlton
1. Minutes from the previous general meeting agreed.
2. Summer Fun day has been agreed by the council and we now need volunteers to help with stalls, displays and to help to promote the day with more publicity.
3. Website has lots of post on it and information including the Queens birthday picnic, all the minutes from the general meetings, reports from the focus groups and up and coming events
4. House to house has nearly been completed and we are now gathering the information and collating it so we can see what the local community wants.
5. We have registered as a charity and now need our charity number to help us with fund raising
6. Any other business – We have received an anonymous donation of £50.00. We also received some free publicity in the evening post on Wednesday 29th June in an article by Jeremy Lewis
